All UK shipping costs are included in the one-time shipping fee added at the time of purchase. This covers:

• For the impressions collection this includes the delivery of your print mould to you and the return shipping of your mould to us 
• Tracked delivery of the final product

• Standard UK - £500 and over – free
• Standard UK - £5.80
• Tracked UK (express) - £10.50

After placing your order, we will dispatch your print-taking kit within two working days.

Once we receive your prints, your custom piece will be crafted and shipped back to you within 10 working days.

After dispatching your finished piece, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Delivery times will vary based on the shipping option you select (e.g., Standard or Express) and your location.

• Tracked UK (express) – 1 business day
